I was looking through[ our afternoon chat archives](https://www.gofugyourself.com/tag/your-afternoon-chat?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) to see when we last had this discussion and[ it was in August of last year](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/your-afternoon-chat-whats-your-go-to-lunch-08-2025/)! Clearly, this is the time of year when my thoughts turn to lunch -- probably because all those Back to School feelings are emerging, even if the weather is HEAVILY still signaling summer. I always want to know what people are eating (or packing, or serving) for lunch: Are you someone who has eaten the exact same thing for like 30 years? Do you heavily rely on leftovers? Is it a chopped salad from the place around the corner every day? Share your tips and tricks and hacks and recipes and sandwiches!
