# Your Holy Grail: Exfoliating! (Your Body.)

Hello, I'm obsessed with exfoliating my body. There is something so satisfying about scrubbing off all that dead skin! When I was a youth, I didn't use the infamous St. Ives apricot scrub on my face, but I sure did use it on my arms. Later, I spent way too much money on the old school Bliss Spas Peppermint Scrub (RIP!!!). Now, I am generally brand loyal to [Ole Hendrickson's Lemonade Scrub](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20854155?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) for my face, but have been trying to find my new holy grail for the rest of me. At the moment, the frontrunner is [Soft Services Buffing Bar,](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20854408?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) which I *love*. It EXFOLIATES. It almost hurts? It's very satisfying, especially for the bottom of your feet and your heels.

But you can't pick just one without trying other options. So, on deck is [Mutha's The Nudist exfoliating bar](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20701423?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- related; are bar soaps back? Discuss -- which I'm excited to try. On Instagram the other day, several of you let me know that Kate Somerville [has made a version](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20854809?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) of [her excellent Exfolikate](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20854676?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) for [the body](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20854809?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (She also has something called[ INTENSIVE PORE EXFOLIATING TREATMENT](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20854726?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).) I've heard[ Slather's exfoliating bar is great](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20940777?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and it's on its way to me right now; I've also only heard [good things about DedCool's body scrub, ](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20855092?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)and I do love [their room spray](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20855466?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (it cracks me up that it's called *taunt)*. I like Remedy as a brand, and t[hey've got an exfoliating *lotion* that I'm very curious about](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20856095?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (They've also just sent me a code! Also on my list of Body Exfoliants to Try:[ the Koba soap bar, which is supposed to be exfoliating AND moisturizing](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20856747?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and [First Aid Beauty's body scrub,](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20857428?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) which a lot of you also recommended to me when I noted that I really like [their moisturizer](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20857255?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). What else am I missing? What do you recommend?
