Apologies to Sam for the fact that, while I liked how cheerful and jaunty this picture is, I didn't realize that it makes the pants look like they didn't fit. But they actually did when he was standing normally. He is SO CUTE.

I love that we can see people presenting him with Shirtless Jamie pictures to sign. I'm sure an intense fandom can get a bit hard sometimes, but what a gift it is, too. Most likely he'll be able to make a living off being, or having been, Jamie from Outlander for the rest of his life regardless of whether he takes off in anything else. And that's very lucky indeed. I imagine it takes a bit of pressure off, kind of like how I think Daniel Radcliffe got to make off-the-wall career choices after he finished as Harry Potter.

Ostensibly this is a closer look at his jacket, but I also enjoy the implication that someone -- out of desperation or ill-preparedness -- has procured a FedEx envelope for him to sign. Unless that person is trying to make a delivery to this building and is very frustrated that it's just not happening.

And I would not have worn them here, either. Why not, say, grey brushed suede oxfords, or black shoes, or some fashion kicks? Brown seems so out of place here. I'm all for efficient packing but he COULD have brought more than one piece of footwear.
