Ralph is in Venice promoting *A Bigger Splash*, which is some sort of Tornado of Jealous Passion drama with him and SWINTON and Dakota Johnson. And he popped out for the photocall ready to PARTY. Like here, where I assume he's showing off the correct way to ride a mechanical bull.
