This dress is kind of a sideways mullet. Or, perhaps more accurately, the equivalent of having a bob on one half of your head and Crystal Gayle's hair on the other.
What's the point of all that banding if you're going to hide it in what's effectively a scarf you've tossed up and around your boobs? Just make it a long skirt so that we can appreciate the good part of the design, rather than wondering if she felt lopsided all night.
I call this, "Regrets."
