In which I learn that there is something called SXSW London. (The South by Southwest brand is very diluted at this point; can't they just rename it? What about...Soho by South Westminster. That's still SXSW! I don't know, this isn't my job!) And, I suspect that like the American SXSW, no one knows what to wear to anything and thus Claire Foy turns to that classic film festival fallback of a tulle skirt, satin corset, and absolutely giant cuffs. Everyone knows that's the standard!
