Emily Blunt's Outfit for the Paris Premiere of Mary Poppins Returns Is Practically Perfect in Every Way

We loved this on the runway, and we love it now. There is something delightfully appropriate to me about wearing a cape to a Mary Poppins event -- although Mary did not really wear a cape, per se, she certainly seems like a woman who might have owned a sensible cloak, and the cloak is a cousin to a cape, is it not? In fact, this particular frock almost feels as if Mary's mythical sensible cloak and magical every-day carpetbag had a baby, and while everyone was a little surprised at how GLAM that baby turned out,  they wrote it off to a jolly holiday and enjoyed the overall effect.
