Yes, yes, technically it is still summer. But fall looms. In fact, tthe first day of autumn is one week from today. Do you know where your plaid scarves even are?!?!?
I jest -- but I am transitioning into soup mode, to quote American Poet Laureate George Costanza. And I certainly have that back-to-school-shopping vibe, even if it is still warm out. You know I love to pick out a variety of only mildly-connected items that you might like and which might bring you joy! Maybe you need a new cashmere sweater. (This one is striped!) Maybe you want some luxurious body scrub! (I love this scent.) Perhaps fall, to you, means a new set of decorative wooden eyeballs, or a doormat that looks like a jack-o-lantern. Maybe you need a plaid anorak, or a new cozy fleece! Perhaps it's time for a beautiful new woven blanket, or a barn jacket with little mallards on it! (Or a sweater with a big duck on it. Or a football!)
