Well, it's not the worst.
But with the piping, it reminds me of a navy, maxi version of the iconic Annie dress from the finale, and now I am just imagining Keira performing a mournful cabaret act in which she turns "Tomorrow" and its ilk into smoky dirges. Betting one's bottom dollar will never seem so upsetting.
