This is definitely the most unusual thing Laura Linney has ever worn.
But there's also something matronly about it -- like, it wants to be Kim Kardashian at her swashbuckling sleeveless-duster drama apex, but the proportions are a smidge off for it to look high fashion, and instead it just looks high grandma. A GROOVY grandma, yeah, but ultimately still one who wears shapeless slacks that have been ironed to such a sharp crease that they could slice cheese.
