This dress/coat combo is pretty cute -- it's very Victoriana by way of the 70s, which was, uh, also the way it looked in the 70s if my research (aka "having watched Almost Famous") is accurate --but let's all just admit that the real superstars of this moment are those women in the window behind her. I feel a profound kinship with the gleeful grin (and cute red lipstick) of the woman holding the phone. Listen, SOMEONE has to be in charge of getting a shot of the back of this look and sometimes if you want these things done right, you have to do them yourself.
