This look is A LOT -- it looks like what you'd get if Colorforms got to do a diffusion line. And at the same time, is not a cartoon-y approach to day-wear exactly what you want from Katy Perry? I certainly find this more whimsically appealing -- and more on brand -- than what she wore the other night. It's slightly silly and a tiny bit aggressive...and that kind of works for me.
I just noticed that I made a typo in that poll, but somehow "I don't for this" makes total sense to me.
