This dress feels to me as if someone thought, "this little black suit is dull. What if it had a baby with that famous photograph of all the models in the windows...just to zhush it up a bit? Like what if the dress is the building, and the wearer's bra are the women? GENIUS." Truth be told...I think they could have pushed it further.
