Las Culturistas is Bowen Yang's podcast with his pal, comedian Matt Rogers, and they announced some tongue-in-cheek awards this year -- stuff like Most Iconic Building, Kindest Greeting, Social Change Moment of the Year ("When a gay celebrity writes a children's book"), Walking Home Alone Award For What Women Have To Do ("Just go talk to him to make sure he’s okay" and "Learn about Toxic Shock Syndrome and then worry about it until you die"). I didn't realize they were also planning a whole EVENT for them. Foolish me! Don't worry -- everyone treated it with the UTMOST of seriousness, beginning with Meg Stalter, whose bodice is made out of empty Diet Coke boxes and who carried a fridge cigarette (my new favorite slang term) for good measure.
