Olivia Colman Is a Silver Fox Now

Olivia Colman is promoting the amazing-looking Wicker, about a medieval fisherwoman who is romantically ostracized due to the smell of her profession, so she makes a man out of wicker -- and he's then brought to life. This is fantastic. In the meme about whether women would choose man or bear, we're all out there choosing "bear," but imagine if BASKET was an actual choice! A dream. Functional and well-crafted and less likely to regard us as food.

A.Skars up there looks exactly as he normally does, although I suppose that's partly a lie, as "normal" for him does at times include wearing waders. Olivia, as of May, still had her signature close-cropped hair, so I assume she grew out her locks as much as she could and then added in extensions -- I think you can kind of tell in this shot:

I suspect it's for Girl From The North Country, which is listed as "production unknown" on IMDb but could theoretically be shooting soon -- it's the only project she has on deck where I could see this hair being part of it. I mean, also, maybe she just decided to rock with long grey curls for a while; I endorse this experiment. It's lovely and appealingly wild. With this floaty-professional white Celine tunic, she looks like the most popular esthetician in your bucolic 'burb, who never, ever tries to upsell anyone on filler and sometimes gossips a bit too much about her most dramatic recent extractions.
