YES, this is the same dress that Marion Cotillard wore to win her Oscar, although hers was white. (And one of my favorite all time Oscar gowns.) It's obviously beautiful, although I sort of wish she'd worn it to Cannes instead. (Hilariously, there were a ton of photos of Kendall holding her boobs and I don't know what she was doing! They're still there!)

This is such a beautiful dress, and, of course, L'Wren was Georgia's de facto stepmother, so it's also a lovely gesture toward part of her family. (You've also seen it previously, contemporaneously, on Shailene Woodley.)
