I recently saw a short commercial for the new Fantastic Four and it was SO CONFUSING. I truly did not understand a thing that happened in it, which was...surprising. How complicated could this story be? Apparently, I was not the only one because the new ad was way less confounding. Whether the world is clamouring for another Fantastic Four movie remains to be seen -- I suspect no, but who can say? At least this IP is safe! -- but I'm always interested in a big superhero movie's press push.
Here, Joseph Quinn looks like the film's investor, Vanessa Kirby is its star, Pedro Pascal is fresh off a stage performance of Pirates of Penzance, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach is his agent here to check out the play. He's delighted by it!
