My definitions of big and bold are somewhat arbitrary here -- it might refer to size, or brightness, or loudness of pattern, or just overall boldness. It might also just be a way to sort through the rest of the Oscar parties without a massive 100-slide gallery. Regardless, there is a lot of variety in here, many a large skirt, and some questionable bangs.
