Los Angeles's new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art opens officially on Tuesday, but had their big celebratory gala over the weekend. I have tickets for next month! I've heard it's sort of all over the place, but a lot of their collection looks very cool and the landscaping is amazing. I will report back on the gift shop immediately, obviously. A new museum is always worthy of celebration and it's nice to see what a good turnout they got here. We'll look at the patterns and the brights next but a lot of folks decided "new museum" = "black dress," so let's tackle them first. We've got Michael B. Jordan, a former Canadian PM, a cleaned-up Fall Out Boy, and a new nepo baby has entered the chat, by which I mean Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen's little girl got to come along to this one. (There are plenty of old nepo babies in the house, too, don't worry. Wait, "old" seems rude. Classic nepo babies.)
