I either didn't know, or forgot, that Daniel Roseberry cut his teeth in a big way at Thom Browne. That makes so much sense; he's a perfect hire for Schiaparelli, and he's certainly popularized it among the red-carpet set. This season, Schiaparelli has arrived Stateside in Bergdorf Goodman, and I think this was meant to feel like a more accessible version of his couture offerings? It... is. And isn't. An ear belt and eye buttons -- at whatever face-melting price tag they carry -- are never truly going to qualify as accessible.
